December Bakes Round Up
We all know how busy Christmas is so we want to say a big thank you for all the lovely pictures you’ve been sending in. Your chocolate roulades have looked amazing and we hope you enjoyed baking them as well as eating them. There were lots of techniques involved in the recipe such as making the sponge, carefully rolling it up, making caramel and perfecting hazelnut praline. The addition of the sparkler in the box made it that extra bit special and perfect for a celebration.
